Terms of Service
Last updated: October 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.accesstheroom.com (the “Site”) and The Room membership operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], trading as The Entrepreneur DNA and The Room (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site, submitting an application, or joining The Room, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or the service.
1. Who we are
The Site and The Room are operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. You can reach us at support@accesstheroom.com.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or apply for membership. If you use the Site on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
3. The Room membership
The Room is a private, application-only membership community for founders and operators. It provides access to curated introductions, expert sessions, in-person experiences, resources and a members’ community. We may add, change or discontinue features of the membership at our discretion.
4. Applications and admission
Membership is by application. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We review applications at our sole discretion and may accept or decline any applicant without obligation to give reasons. You agree that the information you provide in your application is accurate, current and complete, and you will keep it up to date.
5. Fees and billing
Membership requires payment of the fees described to you at the time you join (for example, an initiation fee and a recurring membership fee). By joining, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge those fees, including any applicable taxes, using your chosen payment method, and you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
Fees are billed in advance and, except where required by law or expressly stated at signup, are non-refundable. If a payment fails or is not made when due, we may suspend or terminate your access. We may change our fees on reasonable notice, with changes applying to subsequent billing periods.
6. Member accounts and access
Membership grants access to community spaces and resources (which may be provided through third-party platforms). Access is personal to you and may not be shared, resold or transferred. You are responsible for keeping any login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly of any unauthorised use.
7. Community conduct
The Room depends on trust and goodwill. You agree that you will not:
- harass, threaten, demean or discriminate against other members;
- spam, aggressively solicit, or use the community primarily to sell to other members;
- misrepresent yourself, your business or your affiliations;
- share other members’ personal or confidential information outside the community;
- use the Site or community for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
We may remove content, and suspend or terminate membership, for conduct we reasonably consider harmful to the community.
8. Confidentiality
Members share sensitive business information in confidence. Information disclosed within The Room — including discussions, introductions and member details — is confidential, and you agree not to disclose or use it outside the community without the discloser’s permission.
9. Your content and submissions
You retain ownership of the content you submit (your application answers, messages and contributions). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store and display that content solely to operate and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
10. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, design, graphics, logos and the marks “The Room” and “The Entrepreneur DNA” — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the Site and membership for their intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our permission.
11. Third-party services
The Site links to and integrates third-party services (such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube and our community platform). We do not control and are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
12. Disclaimers
The Site and the membership are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Nothing on the Site or in The Room is professional, financial, legal or investment advice, and we make no guarantee of any particular business result, revenue or outcome from membership.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or the membership. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or the membership will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Site or membership, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
15. Termination
You may cancel your membership at any time as described at signup or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of fees already paid except as stated in Section 5. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or conduct harmful to the community. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnification) will survive.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts located in [STATE/JURISDICTION] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the service, and you consent to that venue. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the matter informally.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or membership after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. General
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and membership. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
